Favorite Memory from My Time in the Equestrian Program 

One of my favorite memories from my time at BHE is mastering a new discipline that is completely separate from my culture, such as Western horsemanship. It presented both a challenge and an opportunity for growth. It required dedication, patience, and a willingness to step outside my comfort zone to learn new techniques, riding styles, and expectations within the discipline. Through this experience, I was able to expand my perspective, develop new skills in communication and control with the horse, and gain a deeper appreciation for a style of horsemanship different from what I was familiar with.

• Reserve Champion at Regionals in the Rookie division 

• Top 3 at the semifinals  

• National Qualifier  

Next Up 

After graduation, I plan to follow my passion for training and showing reining horses. This is both a personal goal and a commitment to continued growth.
